Our Website Is Having a Rebirth 💙

We've been busy behind the scenes reorganising thousands of products and completely rethinking how you find your way around Wicks n Bits online.

We're rebuilding our categories so you'll be able to browse products in ways that actually make sense — whether you want to shop for a particular type of product, discover everything from one of your favourite brands, or explore an entire collection or range together.

And that's only the beginning.

We're also working on better product pages, improved product information, easier ways to discover related products, more information about the Australian brands and makers we stock, and plenty of other improvements we've wanted to bring to Wicks n Bits online for a long time.

There may be a little mess along the way!

Our online store is connected directly to the system we use every day in our Belmont shop. That means some of the changes we're making behind the scenes appear on the website immediately — rather than us being able to hide everything away until it's finished.

So over the next little while, you might notice a category has moved, changed its name, disappeared and reappeared somewhere else, or looks a little different from one visit to the next.

We're still open!

You can continue shopping online as normal while we work, and of course our Belmont store isn't going anywhere.

If you're looking for something you know we stock and suddenly can't find it online, please get in touch. There's a very good chance we haven't stopped selling it — we've simply moved it while we're rebuilding!

Thanks for bearing with us while we give Wicks n Bits online its much-needed rebirth. There's a lot happening behind the scenes, but we're really looking forward to showing you what we're building.
