Ingredients: Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Sea Buckthorn berries (Hippophae rhamnoides), Lemon peels (Citrus x Limon), Lemon Myrtle leaves (Backhousia citriodora), Marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis), Sweet Blackberry leaves (Rubus suavissimus), Natural flavour.

Flavour: Sweet Lemon

Preparation: Place 1-2 teaspoons in a teapot. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 7-10 minutes for desired strength. Serve hot or chilled with honey or lemon to taste. Serve without milk.
