We start with a yellow taper and build the colour onto it to produce a beautiful rainbow taper.
Note: Nimbin Scented candles are not fragranced.
Nimbin candles are made using the ageold method of dipping each individual wick continuously to create a perfect taper. We use only the highest grade paraffin wax, the same wax used in food processing such as greaseproof paper, wrapping cheeses etc... The dyes we use are vegetable dyes, the same used in batik art.
Nimbin Candle Factory have been manufacturing beautifully handmade NonToxic Dinner tapers for the Australian market Since 1973.
The Nimbin Candle Factory originally started off in a shed in the Blue Knob Valley, north of Nimbin. After the shed burn down in 1989, the candle factory was relocated to "The Old Butter Factory" in 1990.
