This tea supports our energy reserves and acts as an adrenal tonic. It also is an anti-inflammatory. Perfect for sugar cravings, it’s an ideal 3pm tea!
Caddy contains 200g of loose leaf tea.
Ingredients: Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza Glabra), Anise (Pimpinella Anisum), Peppermint (Mentha Piperita), Chamomile (Matricaria Recutita), Cornflower Blossoms (Centaurea Cyanus).
Flavour: Sweet smooth liquorice
Preparation: Bring fresh cold water to boil. Add one teaspoon per cup. Allow to steep for 5 to 10 minutes for desired strength. Best served without milk. Serve hot or chilled.
