At Wicks n Bits, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Our returns policy is designed to be fair and complies with the Australian Consumer Law.
We do not have to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind.
However, at our discretion, we may offer an exchange or store credit if the item is returned:

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at jon@wicksnbits.com.au with your order number, proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
We will assess the issue and arrange the most appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, refund or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

We will let you know whether the item needs to be returned and provide return instructions.
If the return is due to a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required.
For hygiene reasons, body products such as bath salts, oils, scrubs and similar personal care items cannot be returned if they have been opened or used, unless they are faulty or do not meet consumer guarantees.
Sale, clearance and “as is” items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty, unsafe, incorrectly described, or otherwise fails to meet consumer guarantees.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Store credits and exchanges will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
